House of Commons Science, Innovation and Technology Committee on the theme of “Harnessing the Power of Fungi”

On 7th February 2024 a panel of six expert fungal biologists, including our very own CTO Professor Paul Dyer, were invited to address an Inquiry of the House of Commons Science, Innovation and Technology Committee on the theme of “Harnessing the Power of Fungi” at Westminster. The panel were questioned on matters such as “Zombie apocalypse or environmental saviours?”

The SITC held a one-off session on the incredible world of fungi” (see the link to the session below). The sessioncan be seen on Parliament TV (see the link to the broadcast below).
